Distinctive Wardrobe Solutions is a growing Australian joinery business specialising in high-quality wardrobes, kitchens, and internal fitout solutions. We are seeking a Kitchen Designer & Sales Coordinator to join our remote team and support our Australian clients. Great opportunity to work in a small team in a fast growing 'start-up' within an established company with a long reputation for high quality service and products to the construction industry.
This role is suited to someone who combines customer service, technical understanding, and attention to detail, and who enjoys working as part of a disciplined, high-performing team.
What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like
You will be a strong fit if you have:
* Customer service experience and a genuine desire to create raving fans
* Excellent attention to detail
* A natural ability to understand how things go together
* Experience working with joinery (kitchens, cabinetry, or similar)
* Exposure to joinery assembly or installation (preferred)
* At least basic CAD experience
* Willingness to learn how to liaise confidently with Australian clients

Work Environment & Technical Requirements
You must have:
* A dedicated, quiet, and undistracted workspace
* Willingness to work from a local coworking space if requested
* Reliable backup internet connection
* Modern, fast IT equipment, including:
* Minimum two monitors
* Camera and speakers for video meetings
We may assist the right candidate to upgrade or modernise equipment where appropriate.
