About The Role:
In this role you will lead management of vehicle inventory within a busy automotive dealership. Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be a team player with exceptional communication to internal and external stakeholders, including our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the flow of vehicles from factory dealership
- Accurately manage all current and used vehicle stock from arrival to handover
- Maintain internal systems with up-to-date vehicle data and documentation
- Liaise with sales, service, logistics, and management to coordinate vehicle flow
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage physical stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership processes
- Book in and maintain dealership vehicle stock records
- Monitor processing and delivering timeframe from transport company
- Manage Invoicing and Filing
- Ensure accurate data entry in stock management systems
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams as required
- Manage paperwork, vehicle prep schedules, and compliance
- Be the “go-to” person for all things inventory
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in stock control, administration, or automotive retail
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using dealer management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
