Job Title: Senior Maintenance Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems operate efficiently. You will lead a team of maintenance staff, supervising their work and providing guidance to help them improve their skills and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions.
2. Manage the facility's inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
3. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
4. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, coordinating with external contractors, evaluating vendor performance, and developing and managing the maintenance budget.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leading hand or supervisory role in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Tertiary degree in Engineering discipline or Trade background with sub-professional qualifications.
* Knowledge of GxP & GMP practices.
* Australia working authorization.
