The primary purpose of the Principal Consultant – Organisational Development is to lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of organisational development and learning and development strategies and programs to build employee, team, leadership and organisational performance in line with TAFE SA's operational and strategic needs and foster a diverse, inclusive and dynamic culture which drives high levels of engagement and accountability.
What You'll Bring
* Proven human resource related experience in an organisational development, learning and development, people programs, change or transformation role.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to build and sustain professional relationships, influence others, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
* Proven experience in managing and implementing people programs and projects.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
