This role involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by developing long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate deliveries.
* Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
* Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
* Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in the fuel or transport industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
* Results-driven individuals who can work autonomously and excel in organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
