About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead all horticultural and operational aspects of our vineyard and citrus orchard. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all growing, harvesting, post-harvest, and maintenance operations for 300 acres of table grapes and 300 acres of citrus Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage annual horticultural programs for grapes and citrus, aligned with varietal requirements and export market demands. Oversee irrigation scheduling, nutrient programs, pest/disease control (IPM), canopy management, pruning, thinning, and harvest timing. Lead, train, and supervise a large seasonal and permanent workforce to meet production and quality objectives. Manage trellis systems, irrigation infrastructure, machinery, and equipment maintenance. Ensure HACCP, GlobalG.A.P., HARPS, and Fair Farms compliance and full traceability from field to packhouse. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide production forecasts to the Board.
