Job Description
• Loan Processing & Submission: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of loan applications.
• Client & Lender Communication: Keep all parties informed and respond to queries promptly.
• Document Collection & Verification: Gather required paperwork and ensure compliance.
• Tracking & Follow-Ups: Proactively manage loan pipelines and prevent delays.
• Compliance & Administration: Maintain up-to-date records and meet industry regulations.
Must Haves
• Experience in mortgage broking, finance, or banking preferred.
• Sales Trekker and Apply Online experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and catch errors before they cause delays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional and friendly with clients and lenders.
• Comfortable using lender portals, CRM systems, and document tools.
• Problem-solver and able to think ahead and prevent issues before they arise.
Home Office Requirements
