Teacher & Compliance/Learning Development for VET
In this rewarding part-time (casual) position, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment for:
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid - for community and businesses
HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - for community and businesses
HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication - to students enrolled in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) and staff employed in aged care facilities
Other units in Aged Care/Disability qualification as required
Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging, practical, and theory-based training sessions to a range of learners.
Deliver accredited content in accordance with current training package requirements.
Support and assess students to meet competency standards.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Qualifications
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain, supported by the organization, for the right candidate.
Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide CPR.
Preferably experienced in training small groups.
Knowledge of aged care and individual support sectors desirable.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
