About the role
We are seeking an experience and motivated Cleaning Superintendent to oversee the cleaning operations of our Pilbara Divisions. This role is responsible for managing teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance and delivering efficient, reliable services to meet operational and client requirements.
This is hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong people management skills and experience in Industrial, Mining, or large-scale commercial cleaning environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across site
· Lead, mentor, and manage cleaning teams and supervisors
· Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and company standards
· Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks
· Manage rosters, labour allocation, and workflow planning with the assistance of our mobilisation teams
· Deliver toolbox talks, safety meetings, and compliance reporting
· Liaise with clients, management, and other departments
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
· Ensure correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in a Cleaning Superintendent, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
· Experience in mining, industrial, facilities management, or large-scale commercial cleaning
· Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
· Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
· Australian driver's licence
· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
