Your Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care across hospital and community-based renal units
Set up, monitor, and manage dialysis machines, assessing and responding to patient needs throughout treatment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Accurately document patient progress and adhere to strict infection control and clinical protocols
What We're Looking For:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
Minimum in Australia or New Zealand
Previous experience with Fresenius, Gambro, or Baxter dialysis machines is highly desirable
Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Valid driver's license preferred for regional and remote community-based settings
Willingness to take on travel nursing contracts in regional/remote locations for 4-12 weeks
