We are seeking a motivated, detail-driven Sales Assistant to join our growing fine jewellery studio.
This is not a slow or simple retail role. Our showroom is fast-paced and information-heavy, specialising in engagement rings, custom jewellery, repairs, and high-value fine pieces. You will be learning technical product knowledge quickly and working closely with clients making important purchasing decisions.
Previous jewellery experience is preferred but not essential. Strong transferable experience and the right attitude are equally important.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional client service in a showroom
* Assist clients with engagement rings, custom jewellery, and fine jewellery selections
* Learn and retain knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, metals, and custom design processes
* Manage repairs, remodelling jobs, and client follow-ups
* Maintain high presentation standards within the showroom
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment

The first 6–8 weeks in this role are intensive.
You will be required to absorb a large amount of information, including jewellery terminology, processes, and systems. Training and support are provided; however, self-motivation, organisation, and resilience are essential.
This role is best suited to someone looking for long-term career growth, not short-term retail work.

* Jewellery or luxury retail experience (preferred)
