Head of Brand and Marketing Strategist
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand development and team leadership. They will be responsible for creating and implementing effective brand strategies that drive long-term value for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans that align with business objectives
* Lead a high-performing team of brand strategists and campaign leads to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
* Oversight of annual brand planning process, ensuring brand strategy is embedded into marketing activity and media execution
* Manage brand governance, architecture, identity, and guidelines to maintain consistency and alignment with business priorities
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with significant experience in developing brand strategy and managing cross-functional marketing teams
* Proven track record of leading brand transformation initiatives within large, complex or fast-moving industries
* Demonstrated expertise in brand architecture, positioning, identity systems, and measurement
* Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching and mentoring team members
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels
