Join us as an OSHClub Coordinator in Bunbury WA We are currently on the lookout for a number experienced Coordinators for the following locations :
Kingston Primary School
Bunbury Primary School
This role offers up to 38 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours. You'll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs : Monday to Friday, 6 : 30-9 : 00am (Rise then Shine) and 2 : 30-6 : 00pm (Stay and Play). It's an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children
About the role
Step into an exciting leadership role where you'll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success
Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids' imagination
Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have :
Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
Communicates clearly and confidently
Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
Has Australian work rights
Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
