The Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality events at a McLaren Vale estate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating seamless guest experiences-from intimate wine tastings to large-scale weddings and brand events. You'll manage all aspects of the event process, working closely with their hospitality, kitchen, and marketing teams to ensure each event is executed to the highest standard
Skills and Attributes
* Proven experience in event management (minimum 2 years preferred), ideally in hospitality or luxury settings
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and client service abilities
* Confident managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go
