About The Opportunity
* This position involves working on an On Call Casual basis across Monday to Friday and all shifts.
Inspiring and nurturing young minds is what drives us forward. As a collaborative member of the team, you'll work to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain high health & safety standards at all times.
2. Develop and implement learning experiences tailored to your allocated group of children.
3. Assess and evaluate children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences through observation.
4. Design and deliver activities that contribute to their developmental program.
5. Participate in a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.
Key Skills And Qualifications
* An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher qualification is required.
* Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
* A valid Working with Children Check.
* Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates.
