This is more than a Project Lead, Network and Security role. We're looking for someone who's going to take on our ethos and help shape the future of our industry. As an integral part of our Professional Services engineering team, you'll benefit from taking ownership and leading the team to deliver architecture, design, and delivery of complex network infrastructures for our customers.

MORE THAN A ROLE

A commercially savvy and customer-focused Consultant, with some of your responsibilities include the following:
Project Delivery leadership:
* Provide technical and professional leadership over large or complex initiatives where multiple architectural disciplines are involved
* Provide thought leadership and innovative technical solutions to stakeholders
* Deliver solution designs and architectures
* Deliver signed-off SOWs and balance stakeholder budget, time and quality
* Lead technical analysis, implementation, and deployment
* Coordinate technical activities with key internal and client stakeholders
* Develop technical change requests, migration and test plans
* Provision proof of concept and pilot environments
* Support Project Managers in managing scope variations and risks effectively
* Develop as-built and handover to BAU documentation
* Liaise with vendors and service providers to execute technical change
Additional Responsibilities:
* Achieve personal KPIs at all times e.g. operational hygiene (timesheet completion), utilisation metrics and engagement budget management
* Leading, coaching and overseeing the technical engineering resources delivering project services across designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting technologically diverse IT environments
* Ensuring the engineering team maintains a high level of quality in the delivery of project services to Ethan's customer
* Support Engineer Manager in development of employee training programs, recruitment & interviews and performance management
* Support team members to ensure assigned work is on track to be completed within the allotted time
* Work with the Presales and Sales team to review solutions
* Provide reporting back to PS Management on performance of the team and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Identify opportunities for increasing efficiency through business processes and automation
* Acting as an escalation point
* Contribute to a positive culture across a diverse workforce and a one-team (PS-MS) experience for Ethan clients
* Performing other duties aligned to leading a team as needed or assigned
THE ABSOLUTE-MUSTS
* Extensive engineering experience in IT service delivery
* Proven analytical skills with emphasis on the ability to collect data, integrate information from a variety of sources with different levels of complexity, establish facts, and identify trends, potential cost efficiencies and variances
* Experience working in a project lead role with demonstrated experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
* Demonstrable Cisco Enterprise or Telco design and implementation knowledge
* Strong routing and switching, solid LAN/WAN fundamentals with extensive deployment and advanced troubleshooting experience
* Previous exposure to key vendors primarily Cisco and Palo Alto
* Ability to review and provide feedback on estimation in budget or schedule
* Demonstrated ability to consult and negotiate effectively with a range of external and internal stakeholders
