About the Job
There is an exciting opportunity with the Esperance Civic Centre for an Administration Officer. This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Esperance Civic Centre and the wider Community Development and Events team. The role includes assisting in day to day operations of the venue including administration duties as well as advertising and promotion of events and programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide administrative support within the day to day operations of the Esperance Civic Centre as well as the wider Community Development and Events team as required.
* Ensure appropriate and innovative advertising and promotion activities are undertaken for Civic Centre shows and programs.
* Assist in the delivery of community events consistent with Council's priorities.
This is a Permanent part time, working 20 hours per week.
About you
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration roles.
* Well-developed customer service skills including interpersonal and networking skills.
* Experience in working with community groups and organisations.

Part Time Salary: $35,433.16 per annum
