Clinical Leadership Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead the nursing team in the Operating Theatre and ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
The successful candidate will have:
* Current Registration with AHPRA.
* Previous experience in a CN/Recovery/PACU role or been practicing in the role of anaesthetic nurse for more than 3-4 years in a team leader role.
* Completed relevant postgraduate qualification or commitment to commence within 12 months of appointment.
* Commitment to Quality Patient Care.
* Compliance with NSQHC National standards.
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in similar positions (desired).
* Excellent Communication and Customer Services skills.
* Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the nursing team in the Operating Theatre.
* Developing and implementing nursing practices and policies.
* Ensuring compliance with NSQHC National standards.
