**Role purpose**
The Senior Process Advisor - Production Manager plays a key leadership role in coordinating and monitoring production activities across the VCE Examinations Unit. The role is responsible for managing project schedules, documentation, and information systems to support the accurate and timely delivery of VCE examination materials.
The position oversees end-to-end production workflows for examination print and digital publications, including accessible formats and supporting materials such as assessor reports and recordings. This includes close collaboration with internal teams-examination development, editorial, and design-and liaison with external providers such as printers to meet critical deadlines and quality expectations.
The Senior Process Advisor also leads the development, documentation, and review of operational processes and procedures to ensure consistency, accountability, and continual improvement. The role supports the maintenance and coordination of project management and IT systems that underpin the unit's work, preparing high-quality reports and briefings for the Examinations Unit leadership and VCAA executive.

**Experience and qualifications**
Desirable Demonstrated production experience in a publishing context
Experience in: Education or related degree.
