The Role:
* Smiles & Sales: Turning leads into happy patients by building trusting relationships and showcasing the value of Urban Smile treatment.
* Team Leadership: Leading a small, motivated team with energy and a positive attitude that inspires.
* Local Area Magic: Growing our patient base by collaborating with local businesses and referring dentists—and getting creative with seasonal marketing campaigns.
* Studio Supervision: Running morning huddles, handling opening and closing, overseeing OHS, and keeping admin and sales processes smooth as can be.
* Patient Care Extraordinaire: Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment journey—from initial consults to the final, show-stopping smile reveal.
