* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory and control food costs

Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience as a cook in a Chinese/Banquet/Main/Pastry Kitchen
* 3+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent position
* Possess a valid health certificate
