South Australia & Northern Territory (Some Regional Travel Required)

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Field Technician to join our team.
The role focuses primarily on preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of vehicle hoists and wheel service equipment.
While the primary area of service is South Australia, occasional travel to regional areas and the Northern Territory may be required.

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicle hoists and wheel service equipment.
Install, commission, and service workshop equipment at customer sites.
Travel within South Australia and to the Northern Territory as required.
Diagnose faults, determine appropriate solutions, and communicate findings to customers.
Provide on-site installation, repair, and maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications & Experience
Trade/technical background essential
Experience working in teams
Current driver's licence required
Forklift licence preferred
MR truck licence preferred
Proven ability to diagnose technical faults and determine appropriate solutions
Experience in field-based service and customer support
Skilled in on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment
Key Attributes
Able to methodically overcome challenges and display strong problem solving skills.
A results-driven approach with strong follow-up and completion of tasks, quotes, and customer issues
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
A proactive mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
