About the Role
* As an experienced Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our veterinarians and mentoring less experienced staff. The position involves a broad range of nursing duties, including medical and surgical nursing, client communication, and contributing to smooth daily operations.
* This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work after-hours, weekends, and public holidays as part of a shared roster.
About You
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or higher qualification)
* Minimum 3 years' clinical veterinary nursing experience
* Confident in all aspects of general, medical, and surgical nursing
* Leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Calm, solutions-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
* A positive team player with a sense of humour and professional attitude
* Willingness to contribute to team culture and ongoing clinic improvement
