Job Description
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Establish HR frameworks across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance
* Develop workforce planning tools tailored to manufacturing and technical teams
* Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, WHS legislation, and EEO standards
* Lead industrial relations setup, including award interpretation and EA development
* Design training, development, and succession planning programs
* Implement HRIS and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making
* Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture
* Support localization strategy by onboarding and developing a diverse workforce
* Drive performance compensation and rewards schemes aligned to business goals and market benchmarks
*YOUR PROFILE*
* 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong track record in manufacturing or industrial settings
* Proven ability to build HR functions in startup or greenfield environments
* Deep understanding of Australian employment law, WHS, and IR frameworks
* Experience managing workforce transitions, localization, and training pipelines
* Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field (postgrad preferred)
