THE ROLE
They are looking to appoint an experienced, hands-on Senior Client Services Manager to drive the seamless delivery of support to both clients and the internal team. You will take ownership of the administrative and operational tasks throughout the entire advice process, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
This role has an implementation focus - coordinating day-to-day activities. You'll be a proactive, seasoned professional who can streamline workflows, manage the end-to-end process, and make life easier for advisers and clients alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage relationships with clients and key partners.
* Support the advice process through research, technical input, and implementation.
* Prepare advice documentation and client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries and service needs.
* Work closely with Advisers on strategy execution and new business opportunities.
* Research market trends and share relevant insights with advisers.
* Ensure timely and effective post-review implementation of advice.
* Develop and refine procedures, consistently seeking ways to improve the Client Service function.
* Maintain accurate client data and records in Xplan.
* Participate in training sessions, marketing initiatives, and special projects as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
* Experience in financial services client support preferred.
* Skilled in key financial services software, specifically Xplan.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Relevant educational background preferred.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer support skills.
* Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team.
* Technical support proficiency.
