What You’ll Do
- Guide your area to achieve operational targets in growth, retention, clinical outcomes and financial performance.
- Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyse data and performance dashboards to inform strategy and decision‑making.
- Identify business development opportunities and build referral partnerships across the region.
- Champion a strong culture of engagement, development and clinical excellence.

What you’ll bring
- Experience leading teams in the allied health or disability sector.

- Robust stakeholder engagement and business development skills.
- AHPRA or SPA registration (if a practising clinician).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
