Task Overview
* Revit development and maintenance in line with Market Digital Leaders and Global Service Leaders.
* Revit family development and maintenance.
* Production and maintenance of Technical Guidance Notes / Quick Start Movies.
* Provide technical support to global digital delivery teams.
* Training of teams and best practice seminars.
* Participation in internal Global Service Line meetings, Revit Working Group meetings.
Specific Tasks
* Audit and monitor the constituent parts of the BIM Standards - with a focus on data, classification and presentation consistency.
* Monthly issue of audits and monitor drawing sheet output, legend sheets, family index sheets, standard details and the Revit template / families
* Identification and execution of automation opportunities for repetitive design tasks.
* Gap analysis of the functionality of the BIM models against the automation tasks identified.
* Correction of anomalies, identification of any improvements/ gaps, and address existing comments on the BIM standards.
* Documentation of standardised structural or building services systems
* Review of the Built Environment Market's current tools and ecosystem.
* Scope, recommend or develop, and then set up / maintain an enterprise Revit family browser
