Responsibilities
* Manage the design process across all project phases - from concept to completion
* Coordinate design consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
* Review drawings and documentation to ensure design intent and constructability
* Lead design meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design challenges proactively
* Drive innovation and practical design solutions to achieve best project outcomes
About This RoleRequirements
* Design Coordinator in the Construction space OR architectual consultancy background wanting to move into contractor side
* Background in large-scale residential apartments and mixed-use developments
* Consistently completed complex projects over $300 million
* Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
