Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing allocated clients to our products and services, managing their accounts, and addressing any disputes or queries in a timely manner.
You will also be expected to engage clients through outbound calls and emails, grow the client base through proactive networking and referrals, and pursue and follow up on client referrals and partnership opportunities.
In addition, you will assist with various administrative functions including deposits, withdrawals, and leverage adjustments.
Your role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Introduce clients to Vantage's Products and Services
* Manage client accounts
* Address and resolve client disputes and queries
* Grow the client base through proactive networking and referrals
* Pursue and follow up on client referrals and partnership opportunities
* Assist with administrative functions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A strong background in sales or account management, preferably in the financial industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
