Required Qualifications
* Valid Painting qualification (Certificate III in Painting and Decorating).
* Experience in surface preparation, finishing techniques, and coatings, with a focus on quality and safety.
* A commitment to workplace safety and high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
* Ability to mentor apprentices and share skills with junior team members.
* Willingness to utilise digital tools and adapt to new technologies.
