The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team in Hurstville.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you'll act as a key point of contact for customers — managing orders, resolving queries and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
You'll work closely with internal teams across operations, warehouse and sales to deliver outcomes, not just responses. It's a role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and staying on top of multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming customer enquiries across phone and email in a high-volume environment
* Process orders, pricing and adjustments accurately in ERP systems
* Provide quotes and follow up on client requests
* Track back orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
* Support invoicing and ensure timely order fulfilment
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Generate KPI and sales reports
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery
About You
* Experience in customer service, order processing or account support
* Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Systems-savvy with ERP or CRM experience preferred
* Proactive mindset with a focus on solutions
