About the Role:
The Assistant Centre Director is responsible for building a high-performing team and running the centre with autonomy. You will ensure families feel informed, supported, and delighted by the education and care provided.
Main Responsibilities:
* Bolster the Centre Director to construct a top-tier team
* Operate the centre with independence, guided by a leadership network when necessary
* Ensure parents are well-informed, supported, and satisfied with the services delivered
* Contribute to an outstanding culture of excellence, safety, and innovation
* Play a key role in driving business performance, enabling investments in high-quality education for children
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (completed or in progress)
* Experience in a senior or leadership position in a long day-care centre
* In-depth knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with practical implementation experience
* Fiscal accountability experience
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a valid Working With Children Check
