About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager to lead our operations in the North Coast region.
This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring effective cleaning services delivery, and maintaining a high level of service excellence for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse team of frontline employees, including rostering, payroll, and cleaning best practices
* Liaise with clients and employees on a regular basis
* HSE experience in toolbox talks and risk assessments
Role Requirements:
* Five years or more experience in cleaning operations management; holding or prepared to obtain Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance; ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
* A valid driver's license; excellent communication skills (verbal & written); ability to maintain accurate records;
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while upholding workplace health & safety standards;
