Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time - 38hrs a week

Responsibilities
- Lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and educational excellence

You’ll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
Qualifications / Experience
If you have previous experience leading change in education and hold either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification, or ACECQA approved equivalent, we’d love to discuss suitable opportunities with you.
