As a
Customer Service Officer
, you'll be the first point of contact for customers—whether over the phone, online, or in person. You'll handle everything from order processing to maintaining a welcoming showroom, while building strong relationships and developing product knowledge that sets you apart. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and love working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process customer orders and data in SAP.
* Assist walk-in customers and maintain a professional front counter.
* Support customers in the showroom with colour selection and product advice.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support with SAP & CRM tasks, including purchase orders and case management.
* Maintain site standards, including showroom and yard upkeep.
* Participate in team meetings and follow safety procedures.
About You
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Experience with SAP/CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
* Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
