Overview
* Architect a Pure Sales Enablement Powerhouse: Transform the RevOps engine to eliminate administrative friction and "bar-raise" sales capability.
* Lead a Major GTM Transformation: Direct the evolution of Cartology's revenue ecosystem by spearheading strategic roadmaps.
* High-Visibility Strategic Influence: Gain significant career exposure as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team.
What you'll do
The Head of Revenue Operations is the architect of the "RevOps Flywheel," responsible for transforming the department into a pure sales enablement powerhouse. By overseeing the integration of systems, planning, and practice, this role ensures the "true north" remains constant: keeping salespeople in the field and out of internal administrative work. This role is the critical link across teams, driving the coordination required to scale the business and achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will be a highly organised, analytical leader who speaks the language of sales while thriving in the details of technology and process. You are a collaborative influencer who can carve out a path for your team in a fast-paced environment, remaining resilient when navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. Your proactive style allows you to build immediate credibility with the field, ensuring that every operational change is viewed as a value-add rather than an administrative burden.
Key accountabilities
* Operational Governance & Coordination: Serve as the primary link for cross-team coordination, attending Sales Governance Forums (SGFs) and ensuring all RevOps initiatives are delivered effectively.
* Sales Enablement Strategy: Accountable for the "true north" metric of reducing sales admin time, ensuring that better workflows and intelligence directly result in more time spent with clients.
* Strategic Partnership Management: Manage the interface between Product and Finance to ensure strategic pricing and inventory utilisation are optimised to drive demand.
* Performance Monitoring: Act as the "whip" for the overall function, ensuring the organisation remains on track for budget targets through robust planning and gap-filling strategies.
What you'll bring
* Enterprise RevOps & Transformation: Proven experience leading Revenue or Sales Operations at an enterprise scale, with a focus on driving large-scale business transformations and strategic projects to improve organisational agility.
* Sales Capability & Enablement: Demonstrated ability to act as a "bar-raiser" for the sales organisation by overseeing talent banking, onboarding, and sales methodology to ensure peak team performance and readiness.
* Strategic Planning & Performance: Highly analytical leader capable of managing the interface between Product and Finance to optimise pricing and inventory, acting as the "whip" to ensure the business stays on track for budget targets.
* Systems & Process Architecture: A "technocrat" mindset for systems and workflows, dedicated to reducing administrative burdens to keep salespeople in the field (experience with Salesforce and ADvendio ecosystems is highly regarded).
