We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our public service team in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* This is a 7-day rotating roster position with full-time hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
* Initial contract is for 4 weeks with potential to extend up to 6 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information and support without sales targets or KPIs. Some administrative tasks are involved.
Key Requirements
* Experience with Genesys system is highly desirable.
* Previous call centre experience is required.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Basic administration and data entry capabilities are necessary.
* A current Police Check is mandatory.
