Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Store Training Manager.
The Store Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to consistently develop the skills and performance of team members.
This role includes onboarding new Franchise Partners and store staff, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of store operations and products, delivery of the LeWrap new business training program, conducting workshops, monitoring staff performance, and identifying learning opportunities.
Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with management to ensure adherence to company standards and create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team training, and coaching skills
Experience in staff development, mentorship, and performance tracking
Workplace training qualifications
Ability to create and execute effective training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
Prior experience in the quick-service food industry and knowledge of operational procedures is beneficial
Problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire a team
Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Open to working outside usual business office hours
Current driver's licence as this role does require frequent travel between stores
Open to interstate travel
