Physiotherapy Trainee Role
The role of a physiotherapist trainee is to assist experienced physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care in various clinical settings.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Performing basic clinical duties under the supervision of an experienced physiotherapist, ensuring accurate and timely medical record entries that align with documentation guidelines and are co-signed by the supervising physiotherapist.
2. Providing feedback to supervising physiotherapists on patient outcomes and any changes to patient status.
3. Contributing to quality/service improvement activities to enhance clinical services and patient outcomes.
Requirements for this role include:
1. Current enrolment in the final year of a physiotherapy tertiary-level program from a recognised institution.
2. Recent experience working within a healthcare environment is highly regarded.
