Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit robust business & financial expertise, with proven experience managing a P&L.;
Conduct weekly analysis of profit and loss statements and business performance reports, taking proactive steps to boost revenue and/or decrease costs associated with ground transportation operations.
Supervise, foster, and elevate the proficiency of team members across the entire range of tasks, guaranteeing utmost emphasis on safety, precision, efficiency, performance, and unceasing advancement.
Assist in the dissemination of opportunities; devise, estimate, and convey inventive transportation options for commercial growth plans, and execute these solutions effectively.
Take charge and assume responsibility for safety and audit obligations associated with Driver Risk Management, Quality, SCA activities, and other related tasks.
Demonstrated comprehension of the compliance governing road transportation
Experience & Qualifications:
Must have deep road transport operation expertise running a broad range of vehicles across a large size fleet.
Outstanding abilities in engaging with customers and stakeholders, adept communication aptitude, expert negotiator, and highly influential.
