Permanent and secure full time position based in the Northern Suburb
About the role
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, you will have the chance to support and enhance the experience of key customers. This will include but will not be limited to;
Answering and responding to all calls and queries
Updating and maintaining customer accounts
Identify and resolve customer issues
Provide updates on ETA's, spare parts, and service updates
Organize and liaise with couriers & transport providers
Implement and adhere to company processes and procedures
Process claims & returns
Liaise with warehousing, accounts & management
Following up with customers regarding account changes
Provide product and service information
General ad hoc duties as required
Skills / Experience
You will be customer focused and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Other skills and experience that are required are;
Previous experience in a Customer Service role
Previous experience handling and prioritising customer enquiries
Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency
High attention to detail
Solid administration skills
Solution focused
