Seeking an experienced Project Admin officer

Your new company is based in the Mount Isa, Cloncurry region and is a fully functioning underground mining and processing operation.
Your new role
Your new role will operate on an 8/6 roster, with a commute base FIFO from Townsville (TSV) or DIDO from Mount Isa. In this position you will provide essential administrative and coordination support, helping to ensure the efficient, timely, and compliant delivery of projects across the Mine. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team, ensuring project activities occur smoothly and efficiently.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for project team members and contractors.
* Verify qualifications, VOCs, inductions, and other mandatory documents before mobilisation.
* Maintain accurate registers for contractor compliance and site access renewals.
* Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP for goods and services required for project execution.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Projects Department.
* Perform additional duties as required to support project outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
* Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred)
* C-Class driver's licence
* Experience working in mining, construction, or similar environments (preferred)
* Prior experience in project administration or coordination roles (preferred)
* Exposure to SAP or procurement systems (advantageous)
