We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable facilitators to join our rapidly growing business, supporting organisations, leaders and teams to build their people skills, wellbeing and culture.
About the Role
The role involves
* Delivering exceptional learning experiences to groups at all levels – in person and virtually – across our suite of programs
* Contributing to the research and development of our suite of training programs
* Building rapport with our clients and supporting the development of new business as you prepare and deliver training
About You
Experience and attributes
* Minimum of 2 years' facilitation experience
* Public sector and/or leadership experience would be desirable
* Exceptional communication, facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
* A strong interest in people skills, wellbeing, leadership, psychology, neuroscience, communication skills, coaching or a related field
* A passion for professional development and for supporting organisational culture in a sustainable way
* An interest in your own continual learning and professional development
