* You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences, leveraging your expertise to identify suitable products and services that meet their needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details, ensuring all interactions are efficient and effective.
* Showcase Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers, empowering them to take control of their financial lives.
