Job Overview:

The NDIS Provider Services Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our organization. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Provider Services team.

About the Role:

As the NDIS Provider Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day supervision, support, and resourcing to the team. Your focus will be on achieving quality outcomes and targets while maintaining our organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Provider Services team in their day-to-day work.
* Address formal disciplinary issues with the support of senior management.
* Audit team members' compliance with information processing procedures.
* Contribute to the interpretation of the NDIS price guide.
* Ensure accurate and timely claiming and financial activities.
* Guarantee quality record management and income capturing within our system.
* Exercise judgment and contribute critical knowledge and skills to develop processes and procedures.
* Provide exceptional service and advice to clients and providers.
* Participate in business growth targets and ensure satisfaction among all stakeholders.
* Represent our organization within the industry and community.
* Manage correspondence and documentation efficiently and confidentially.
* Identify and report risks, including fraud, complaints, and incidents.
* Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS, Quality and Safeguards, price guides, and guidelines.

Requirements:

To succeed as the NDIS Provider Services Team Leader, you will need:

Essential Requirements:

* An advanced understanding of person-centered support and services.
* Demonstrated experience supervising and supporting a team of 5+ people successfully.
* 2+ years of experience working within the NDIS Plan Management sector or a similar field.
* Qualifications in Business Administration, Financial Services, or a relevant discipline.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience with CRM Software and HR Software.
* NDIS Worker Screening and other mandates relating to the disability sector.
