Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* You will be the face of our company, engaging with customers and handling sales, inquiries, merchandising, and liaison duties.
* Provide professional and timely service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Enhance customer experience by promoting Ausreo's products, generating sales, and welcoming new and existing customers into our showrooms.
* Process sales, quotations, and e-commerce transactions while communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
* Manage warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics, including transport and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Previous experience in retail, hardware, or trade environments, preferably with steel industry knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Team player with proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new ones.
The successful candidate must have Australian Citizenship or legal work rights and be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment and National Police Check.
