* Working on energy performance upgrade projects with focus on commercial control, risk management, and cost optimization.
* Taking responsibility for contracts, bids, and processes while protecting business interests and managing sub-contractors.
* Leading, mentoring, and managing staff within the team.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in stakeholder management and problem solving.
* Relevant HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
* Thorough knowledge of contract forms, including NEC, JCT, IChemE.
