Where You'll Be Working
Join us at Forster Community Health, part of a supportive and collaborative network of four Community Health Centres across Forster, Taree, Gloucester, and Bulahdelah. As a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll work alongside professionals in Wound Management, Palliative Care, Cardiac & Respiratory Rehabilitation, Continence, Dietetics, Diabetes, Immunisation, and Audiometry. It's a dynamic, team-based environment where your contributions are respected, and your development is supported.
About the Role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in both clinic and home settings. Your primary focus will be wound care, but you'll also be involved in a variety of essential clinical tasks such as catheter changes and port flushes.
Occasionally, you may be required to provide care across our broader sector, giving you the opportunity to work with diverse teams and communities across our four centres.
