Program Coordinator Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to manage our Outside School Hours Care service and develop engaging programs for primary-age children. This permanent part-time opportunity offers 30 hours per week, allowing you to lead a team of passionate Educators while working split shifts supporting our Monday-Friday hours.
As a key member of our team, you will be empowered to excel in your role with the backing of a dedicated state-specific office and regular mentorship from regional managers. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact while being part of a supportive, high-energy team.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing child-centered programs filled with exciting experiences such as STEM, sports, cooking, art, and craft
* Fostering strong relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents
* Leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
* Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and administration
