You'll play a critical role in the following duties that can include but not limited to: Ensure parts display areas are kept neat and tidy and stocked to full capacity Maintain shelf tickets and ensure correct pricing, part numbers/barcodes Order stock Process RFC's, associated paperwork and maintain RFC spreadsheet Process parts warranty claims and associated paperwork Process credits for customers and organise refunds upon approval from the relevant manager Provide exceptional and professional customer service Provide backup administration to other departments About you: Previous administration experience Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills Why join us?
